Void (cards) - In card games, to be void in a suit of cards is to not have cards of that suit in one's hand. This is useful in games such as Contract Bridge.
Ruff (cards) - In trick-taking games, to ruff means to play a trump card to a trick (other than when trumps were led). According to the rules of most games, you must have no cards left in the suit led in order to ruff.
Rook playing cards - Rook playing cards were introduced in 1906 by Parker Brothers to provide an alternative to standard playing cards for members of certain fundamentalist Protestant groups that forbade their use.
