William Bach, Baron Bach - William "Willy" Stephen Goulden Bach, Baron Bach (born 25 December, 1946) is a British Labour member of the House of Lords and is the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State responsible for Sustainable Farming and Food in the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
