Football Spectators Act (1989) - The Football Spectators Act (1989) was a piece of UK governmental legislation enacted in the wake of the May 1989 Hillsborough disaster and the subsequent Taylor Report, driven through by Margaret Thatcher.Its provisions apply primarily to football matches played in England and Wales.
HLTV - HLTV is short for Half-Life TV, created by Valve Software in 2002, allows for broadcasting of matches on the Half-Life engine, it is mostly used for broadcasting Counter-Strike matches, the current world record stands at around 39500 spectators at the same time spectating the Cyberathlete Professional League finals in 2004. The matches can be viewed by using Counter-Strike, this greatly reduces bandwidth usage and therefore allows a lot of spectators with very little bandwidth available, although hosting a total of 40000 spectators does require near 1 gigabit of upstream, it is relatively low compared to a live videostream.
Estádio do Canindé - The Estádio do Canindé, also known as Estádio Oswaldo Teixeira Duarte is a football stadium inaugurated on January 11, 1956 in Canindé neighborhood, São Paulo, São Paulo, with a maximum capacity of 27,500 spectators. Although the stadium maximum capacity is 27,500 people, due to a Federação Paulista de Futebol decision, and following FIFA requirements, Canindé stadium had its maximum capacity reduced to 19,717 spectators.
